Technology Reflection😀

Today room 10 and 9 had Technolgy today at T.C .Today was all about getting the drawing part done so next week we can have some fun,painting our designs. and because of that I have to work hard and also work as a team player to get my work done so next week I can be part of the fun.The first task we were given to complete was to draw a design on paper and then go over it with the dark black pen and then give it to the Teacher so she can print it out onto MDF paper.And my design was a Under Armour shoe and wings on it.I think hard and well today,And my design has   for each letter of the word had to represent someended up looking like I want it to look like.So next week it is going to be a lot of fun.Plaese leave a commnet and I will be back to you ASAP,

My Camp highlight😂

WALT:reflect on my camp highlight.

This is my camp highlights.. I will be talking about what I improved on during camp, What I need to improve on and also images of my favorite times at camp.
I liked being their with friends, and helping to support through the good and the bad times. Everyone had a good time, and I loved being at Camp Raglan with my friends and family. Hi today in class we were making shields and putting symbols on it that represent T.E.A.M.On my shield it has about 4 to 5 symbols that represents T.E.A.M.My first symbol is the two hands,the two hands to me means careing for eacth other and always being there for them when their feeling upset.My second symbol is the heart,the heart to me means looking after eacth other and also showing them that you care about them.My third symbol is the wings,the wings to me means freedom.My fourth symbol is the king,the king to me means being a rolemolde to kids and always doing the best at all times.My fifth symbol is the cross,the cross to me means beliving in your self and never giving up.I hope you like it and pleaese leave a comment thankyou.

Before camp and After camp.

Last week we were at camp Raglan for 3 nights and 4 days.We did a lot of things like,Air rifles,low ropes,and the conditions games.Before camp I was not that confident,I didn't like the that we were away for too long,and lastly I always miss my Mum and Dad when I leave because they always are there for me and they would do anything for me.So after camp I got more mates and friends,Overcoming more challenges,Making new connections with new people that I don't hug out with all the time.And I think camp made me stronger as a person so when challenges come towards me I know what to do.

Kiwis vs England

WALT: write a Reflection about what I did in the weekend.

On Saturday the 2016 four nations were on as Austrlia was taking on scotland.But I was waiting for the big game on Sunday as the kiwis were taking on England. New Zealand held off a late England fightback to start their Four Nations title defence with a 17-16 win in Huddersfield.Shaun Johnson was named Man-of-the-match with his 65th minute drop-goal was all that separated the sides after a tight test match at the John Smith's Stadium, as the Kiwis get their first win under coach David Kidwell.While the result would've pleased the new boss.Now the kiwis will be taking on Australia this Sunday to see who will make it to the finals.

Halloween Invitation

On Friday the 28th of October we had Tuakana Teina with room 3 and room 10 were working on some celebration tasks.We had to make invitations with our room 3 buddy and my buddy was Joshua, After that My buddy choose to make an invitation for a Halloween party.I had a lot of fun with him.

My Sunday life

On Sunday I woke up family dead asleep made my bed and went to brush my teeth and to do my hair.Then got all the food out and thought to myself what am I going to make for breakfast.The only thing I could make was bacon and egg and also tea.It took around 5 mintues to make it all then I woke my family up and then we ate.Then my mum told me to go and find a church outfit that I was going to wear to chruch.A few mintues later we were off to chruch, I go to grey lynn chruch,it is local in the City.first I had to go to sunday school and then the chruch service starts at 12:00.And when ot hat 1:00 we were off home.When we got home my Dad had cooked us some yummy food.And then I turned on the sky and it was time for the Fast5 final,It was New Zealand vs Australia.New zealand was looking good in the first 2 quarters with the shotting star Maria Tutaia wining the final for New zealand.Maria was named the player of world and New Zealand were the 6 time Fast 5 champions .Then it was time to sleep for School..........

Celebrating Birthdays.

Hi today we had to find facts about the Niue culture.Because as you all know it is Niue language week.The Niue cutlute is one of the main cuturals in our school and we just wanted to know more things about the Niue cutture.Did you know More niueans live in New Zealand then in Niue?''I did'nt''.Niue is a Coral island located in the south pacific Ocean.It is said to be the Largest coral island in the world. There are two seasons in Niue. The dry season is from April to November and the wet season is from December to March.The population of people that live in Niue is just over 1,100 people.And the most popular sport in Niue is Rugby.Church plays a large part in the Niue community, no matter what your beliefs may be just to experience the beautiful singing.And lastly here are some Niue worlds that are handy to learn:

Reflection on my Weekend

Hi today I had to write a reflection on what i did in the weekend.

On Saturday the 16th of October I was watching the N.O 1 team in the world.The New Zealand Kiwis were taking on the Australian kangaroos.It was David Kidwell's first game in charge of the Kiwis.But it has ended in a disappointment, with the Kangaroos winning 26-6 in Perth on Saturday night.In a test that had some big moments, Australia put in a great performance to record their second straight win over the No 1 team in the world.The Kangaroos outscored the Kiwis five tries to one, with a big problem for New Zealand being knowing what the right move should be when attacking on the last tackle.I think next time the kiwis should think about what move they are going to do on the last tackle.

Book Reflection-BMX Racers

Today I was learning and reading about the BMX Racers.
This week I have been reading this book called ‘’BMX Racers’’.The reason why I had to read this book this week is so we can become great writers.In this book it talks about what is BMX Reacing is all about.BMX racing is an action sport that people compete in races around the world at various championship levels.In 2008 BMX racing has been an Olympic sport.This allows eaperienced reaces around our world to compete in the highet possible level.And also ‘’BMX’’ is short for ‘’bicycle motocross’’,and also their are diffnet tpyes of BMX Reacing,For example‘’FREESTYLE BMX REACING’’.Freestyle BMX riding is also konwn as stunt riding.People from around the world get involved for fun as well as to compete.And there are five main kinds of freestyle BMX riding.’’DIRT JUMPING,STREET RIDING,TRIL RIDING,VERT RIDING, and last PARK RIDING’’.Please leave a comment and I will get back to you soon, Thanks!!

Kiwican Reflection

Today at kiwican we didn't have a proper session,instead we watch a movie.Because it was our last session of the term.And room 9 joyed us to watch the movie ''WRECK-IT RALPH'.In the game Ralph is the bad guy and the good guy was called 'FELIX',people like rejecting Ralph but like Felix,But all Ralph want's is to be a good guy.He is a funny guy,careing and also a loving person.And people in the movie told him that he would never get a gold medal because in the game Felix always get's the gold medal, but Ralph would never give up on getting that gold medal.So in the movie it said a messge and that messge was to 'STAND UP FOR OTHER AND TO NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF'.

Reflection on our Movie!

WALT: Reflect on our movie.

Hi today I was working on our Student Councilor Movie with my classmates "Losana,Maui and Preta,And I was one of the main actors in the movie,and my friend Maui was the man filming the scenes of the movie.The movie was related to doing the wrong things at the wrong time.And in the movie two kids are running in the corridors while kids are doing there work.The actors were some of my classmates. After filming the part that had the main actors doing bad things,Later maui filmed them learning how to be good and to do the right things. Hi today I were given a task to do.My task was to Summarise a news article.

On Saturday the 10th of September the All Blacks were playing Argentina at Hamilton park.The All Blacks were on a winning streak from last years world cup final win,But Argentina were there to play,The All Blacks scored 5 tries in the first half.And on the second half they scored 3 tries,But Argentina did not give up, they got 3 tires in the last 30 minutes of the game. When the siren went off the game was done, final score 54-17.So after the game Beauden Barrett was named the 'MEN OF THE MATCH' with 18 carries,4 clen breaks and also matched a game high,with 116 meter,And also scored 1 try and set up 2 trys.And he also said  "KIDS IF YOU HAVE A DREAM, NEVER GIVE ON THAT DREAM".

Hi today I was given a task to compete,and the task that I'm working on is about summarising a text.The text that I was reading is called "Household Chores" In this text it says that looking after a house is an adult responsibilities but tom disagrees.Tom enjoys doing household chores although his only 12 years old.He says it's a good thing to do household chores because everything that your Mum and Dad teach you at home will stay with you for every.And will help you succeed.

Kids thing that tom is crazy because he is always helping his Mum and Dad.And tom says that the more that you do for Mum and Dad, is because they do so much for you and it's a way of saying thank you.And tom say that I can't dream living at home and not helping out.Because we sent a lot of time together sharing everything and learning from each other and that's what you call AKO.
